Clare Jefferies – Author & Care Expert

Clare Jefferies has spent over fifteen years at the sharp end of family caregiving – co-running four Home Instead franchises across Southwest London and Surrey, supporting hundreds of families through the moment everything changes. Her book I'm Your Daughter, Not Your Carer (Aureva Press, June 2026) speaks directly to the sandwich generation – the growing number of women holding everything together while slowly losing themselves in the process.
